I am enjoying the final days of my holiday break, but I had to take a moment to send you the four questions I’ve answered for myself to guide my 2025.
Before I jump to the questions, I want to explain how I plan to use these – rather, how I DON’T plan on using these.
I will not use my responses to these questions to spiral into New Year’s resolution hysteria or to goal-slap myself throughout the year. Instead, I am using my answers to these questions as a compass to guide me day in and day out, to anchor me and keep me focused on what matters most, and to ensure I am present with myself and my desires.
These questions walk the line between “new year, new me” energy (which I struggle with for a lot of reasons) and walking into the new year with no focus, no dreams and no energy to build the life and career I want (which I’m also not fond of).
So, let’s get to it! Here’s the four questions I’m using as my guide in 2025:
- How do I want to feel this year?
- What do I want to experience this year?
- What do I want to achieve this year?
- What do I want to let go of this year?
My responses to these questions were simple, clear and compelling. I finished answering these knowing what I want to call in and create in 2025 … and feeling excited to do it (instead of feeling like I’ve just created a laundry list of impossible goals and resolutions that I’ll likely dump by Quitter’s Day).
If you’ve got 5 minutes, I recommend answering these questions for yourself and considering how you will use them to guide, anchor and inspire your 2025.
And, I’m always here to help you bring each of your answers to fruition! If 2025 feels like the year you’d like coaching support, simply reply to this email and I’ll follow up with you as soon as I’m back from my holiday break!
Happy New Year!
