I’m Erin Meadows, an executive coach who helps leaders achieve meaningful results without sacrificing well-being.

Before coaching, I spent more than 20 years in senior leadership and marketing communications roles. I understand firsthand the pressure of delivering at a high level while carrying constant responsibility behind the scenes.
