What’s behind that brick wall you’ve hit?
How important is that thing to you?
Why do you want to get to it so badly?
What might that brick wall be meant to teach you?
Have you learned that lesson?
Have you ever hit a brick wall in your past?
How did you finally get to what you wanted?
What do you plan to do today to get to what you want right now?
Will you go over the wall, around it or through it … one brick at a time.
No matter what your ‘wall’ looks like (finding your dream job; learning to love yourself; connecting with people; increasing your leadership ability; finally starting your dream business, etc.) it represents something meaningful to you.
And, the truth is, the winning is done at the wall, not in gaining what is on the other side.
The prize is finding out what you are made of, not gaining what’s in the other side.
The growth is done at the wall and the victory is found there.
That wall represents your fight-through moment.
Today, I recommend you look at your brick wall, discover what it is meant to teach you, and figure out how you plan to fight through win at the wall.
