Over the past several years, I’ve had so many changes in my mind, life, heart and spirit.
It has been such an amazing and (most of the time) intentional experience for me.
Out of all my learnings, here’s one of the biggest: we exist in a living, breathing universe. And, that means change is inevitable.
I’m not someone who typically loves The process of change – particularly if I’m not in control of said change. However, over the last year I’ve discovered how amazing change can be.
Change can come in the form of receiving something you’ve always wanted.
It can come in the form of achieving something you’ve worked so hard for. It can come in the form of loss and grief.
A new boss.
The beginning or ending of a relationship.
And, it can come in the form of opening your mind to learn new ways of doing things, experiencing life, and engaging with others.
It is through this last year of great change, I’ve truly come to understand that change (all of it) is abundance in action.
Because we’re all part of a living breathing universe, where change is inevitable, we can count on an abundance of that change.
Every day, change is all around us. And, when change calls, we decide if we accept or try to decline the call.
In this past year – more times than not – I’ve accepted the call, and I have not one single regret.
When change presented itself, and I left my job to return to my consulting business, I went in wholeheartedly and had no regrets for answering the call of change.
When I decided to fulfill a personal mission of helping women reach their full potential, I went after it, and created a second business (ahem, this one!) that provides a judgment-free space just for you.
When change called, I answered and received an abundance of growth and opportunity for doing so.
Next time you are facing change (abundance in action), ask yourself what will I receive if I accept the call and embrace the change?
